What I'm looking for
I’m a Property Operations Coordinator with 4+ years of remote experience managing both Short-Term Rental (STR) and Long-Term Rental (LTR) portfolios. I keep guests and tenants satisfied from first inquiry to final resolution by handling tight response windows and cross–time zone communication without dropping the ball.
I run listings from scratch—writing descriptions, setting pricing, syncing availability, and configuring automated messages so guests get an instant, professional response. I own the full guest journey on STR channels, including pre-booking questions, check-in instructions, mid-stay issues, and post-stay review follow-ups.
For LTR, I qualify leads and guide prospective tenants through application and screening, while coordinating lease communication between owners and tenants. I triage tickets by priority (urgent maintenance, complaints, routine requests), track SLAs and compliance needs, and escalate P1 incidents with clear, structured situation summaries.
With a computer science background, I pick up new tools quickly and translate operational data into actionable improvements using Excel and Python (pandas). I also provide daily shift-end handover notes, maintain owner/vendor relationships, coordinate maintenance, and spot recurring issues to proactively flag fixes to ownership.
