I’m seeking a senior HR Business Partner or People Operations role where I can build and scale people operations, partner with leadership, and align HR initiatives with business priorities.

At DEVNAGRI AI, I’m building the HR function from inception, scaling people operations, leading an HRMS migration, and creating a digital HR Manual and hiring pipeline. I partner directly with the founder on people decisions and business priorities.

Previously, at KUDZU INFOTECH, I designed L&D programs and a PIP framework that reduced attrition by 25%. Across my HR roles, I’ve worked on employee lifecycle operations, recruitment, compliance, and workforce planning, and I’m a POSH Internal Committee member.
