Aija Bereza

At Edurio Ltd, I supported business operations across Finance, People, IT and Workplace Operations for an international SaaS company. I implemented Outvoicer for Latvian invoicing and designed AI-assisted invoice reconciliation workflows that replaced monthly manual reviews with automated ones.

I owned end-to-end Accounts Receivable for Latvia and the UK, including invoicing, credit notes, payments and overdue follow-up. I also managed supplier invoice validation and payments, and prepared finance reports for external accounting providers.

I coordinated contract lifecycles and led onboarding and offboarding, from account provisioning to first-day readiness. I also administered employee benefits and managed equipment across its lifecycle.

My work included workplace operations, vendor coordination and international business travel. I’m particularly interested in using AI and automation to make operational work simpler and more efficient.
