What I'm looking for
As an HR specialist, I focus on onboarding, training, budget planning, and everyday employee support, while keeping communication strong and acting as a mediator when needed. I bring a practical HR mindset that supports people and operations at the same time.
I run satisfaction survey and research work, and I contribute to the development and sustainability of internal company documents. I’m motivated by building systems that make teams feel supported and processes easier to follow.
Earlier, as an Executive Assistant to a Project Manager at the Latvian Environmental Investment Fund Plan, I oversaw and controlled development projects, maintained timelines and schedules, and coordinated communication with all involved parties. That experience strengthened my ability to manage details, keep stakeholders aligned, and support delivery.
Before that, I handled recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee support as a Human Resources Specialist/Executive assistant at Atea Global Services Ltd. I’ve also managed front-office responsibilities—including office administration, event planning, budget management, and health & safety awareness—using tools like Microsoft Office, and I continue to apply that same organization and customer focus in HR.
