What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote IT support or help desk role where I can apply my troubleshooting, Chromebook repair, networking, Linux, and cybersecurity training.

I'm a CompTIA A+ and Linux+ certified IT and cybersecurity student pursuing remote IT support or help desk work.

On Mount Vernon High School's Student Technology Assistance Team, I handled school help desk requests, troubleshot Chromebook issues, and performed Chromebook hardware repairs.

I've completed Computer Network Technology training through Knox County Career Center, including Cisco IT Essentials, CCNA 1 and 2, and TestOut IT Fundamentals Pro, Office Pro, and Linux Pro.

I've also earned national, state, and regional BPA recognition in Linux Operating System Fundamentals, including 3rd place nationally.
