What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an implementation or technical support role where I can apply my product knowledge and technical background to help customers get set up and solve complex problems.

At IBEX COMPASS REAL ESTATE, I support real estate professionals using the Compass SaaS platform across transaction management, CRM, marketing, and listings. I troubleshoot account, data-import, document, and workflow issues by phone, chat, and email.

As a Team Point of Contact, I’m the first escalation point for complex platform issues and coach a team of 14 Product Support Specialists through side-by-side sessions and live call feedback. I also work with the Team Lead and Floor Supervisor to identify performance trends and process gaps.

Previously, at EK Wholesale Clothing (PAK Office), I managed Shopify and WooCommerce store operations, from product catalogs and inventory to orders and customer inquiries. I also customized Shopify themes, supported marketing campaigns, and developed responsive websites at Prismatic Technologies.
