What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote customer support, chat/email support, technical support, e-commerce operations, or virtual assistant role where I can communicate clearly, resolve issues, work independently, and support international teams across time zones.

I run Barqmodule, a software and web development agency where I manage client requirements, feedback, after-sales support, timelines, and delivery through email and chat.

Since 2023, I’ve handled Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and dropshipping operations, including customer and order queries, product research, listing optimization, competitor analysis, SEO, and lead generation.

I also build and troubleshoot web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Firebase, and Electron.js. My developer background helps me diagnose technical issues clearly and resolve them efficiently for remote customers.
