I am a Senior Telecom NOC Manager with 24 years of continuous tenure at a major telecom operator, having progressed from NOC Manager to Project Manager (PMO) and now leading as Senior NOC Manager. I direct large-scale 24/7 Network Operations Centers and drive operational excellence across front office, back office, and OSS teams.

I oversee end-to-end incident management for 2G and 4G networks, ensuring critical outages are resolved within SLA targets and presenting KPI-driven dashboards to executive leadership. I manage vendor relationships with major suppliers such as Huawei and Nokia for escalations, patching, and technical support.

As a project manager in the PMO, I coordinated engineering, operations, and external vendors to deliver network upgrades, managed resources and budgets, and implemented SOPs to improve delivery speed. I am experienced in shift scheduling, staff training, performance evaluation, and crisis management to maintain high operational readiness.

I hold a BSc in Computer Information Science with a minor in Business Administration, HCIA and CCNA certifications, and I am fluent in English and native in Arabic. I bring a proven track record of process optimization, stakeholder management, and sustaining network availability in mission-critical environments.
