Akram Alsaqqaf

@akramalsaqqaf

Radio network optimization engineer at YOU, analyzing 2G/4G drive-test logs and KPIs to support network improvements.

What I'm looking for

I’m interested in contributing to RF/site planning and network expansion projects.

At YOU, I perform 2G/4G drive testing with TEMS Investigation and analyze drive-test logs and network KPIs to identify coverage, quality, and capacity issues.

I collect and prepare data to support RF/site planning and optimization, investigate customer complaints through targeted testing, and configure site parameters with mobility and load conditions in mind.

At MTN, I performed 2G drive testing and KPI monitoring, and supported frequency planning to reduce interference and improve radio quality. I also apply Python and pandas to KPI workflows and automated reporting, and have completed Huawei LTE RNO/RNP and 5G RNP/RNO training.
