I'm a Senior Project and Program Manager with 16 years in IT and 6+ years leading regulated FinTech and banking programmes from planning through cutover, go-live and hyper-care. I'm looking for a Senior Project or Program Manager role in IT, FinTech, payments or digital banking.

Today I'm Program Manager at Taly for Digital Payments, the single point of accountability for the Banque du Caire account. I run several programmes at once under Central Bank of Egypt regulation and fixed Visa and Mastercard deadlines, chair the weekly client status forum, and lead a squad of project managers. My portfolio includes:

- Core banking migration from Oracle FlexCube to Temenos T24: cutover governance, go/no-go framework, a five-version migration runbook and a blue/green rollback on VMware.

- Card tokenization and certification (UITSP, ISO, EBC, FIME).

- Five Visa and Mastercard mandates: card updater, tokenization, stored credentials, 3D Secure and contactless CE 3.0.

- BIN range expansion, an Interactive e-Statement platform and IVR go-live.

Earlier at Taly, I delivered the Qahera Cash smart wallet app and portals (640,000+ wallets) and migrated 648,000 wallets from Mastercard to the Taly core with full balances and transaction history and no loss of service. I also built an internal planning tool with WBS, critical path and resource views.

Before Taly, I spent almost 15 years at IBAG, a Western Union representative. As Project Manager (2020-2024), I led the digital transformation that delivered a customer portal and mobile app for 2M+ customers and 4M+ transactions a year, built the remittance platform with sanction screening, integrated with the Banque Misr core system, and secured CBE and MLCU approvals before launch. As IT Manager (2010-2020), I owned infrastructure, security, disaster recovery and IT budgets, ran Microsoft 365 and AWS across offices, and delivered a goAML reporting server for CBE and connectivity for 38 branches.

That technical depth lets me settle issues directly with vendors and bank architects instead of escalating them, which keeps complex multi-vendor programmes moving.

I'm most interested in senior delivery roles in core banking, payments, cards, wallets or large IT transformation, with a team to lead and real ownership of outcomes.

Certifications: MCITP, CCNA, SQL Server Administration, Red Hat Linux System Administration. Languages: Arabic (native), English (professional). Outside work, I enjoy hands-on electronics.
