I’ve led the international Agent Recruitment & Selection transformation program across multiple markets and established harmonized process models for Recruitment, Lead Management and Performance Management.
At Toseah Rahkar Jahan Modir, I built an enterprise transformation capability and led a team of 12 professionals. I also introduced process mining for financial process optimization and operational transparency, and authored books on Business Process Management, Process Governance and AI-enabled Transformation.
