What I'm looking for

I'm looking to move into project and programme management, applying my business and data analysis experience to sport, event and international-programme settings.

At Two Circles, via Digit Srl, I support a digital transformation programme for a professional Italian football club. I facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews across strategy, product, technology, CRM and data workstreams to gather and validate requirements.

I maintain RAID logs, action tracking and decision documentation, and coordinate dependencies and roadmap sequencing across teams. I also provide English-Italian communication and translation support for workshops and planning sessions.

At Tiqets, I engineered SQL and dbt models to analyze the partnership acquisition funnel and identify drop-off points. I also managed reporting infrastructure that gave Partnerships and Commercial teams real-time performance visibility.

Earlier, at FareHarbor (Booking.com Group), I built forecasting frameworks and segmentation models that achieved 90% forecast accuracy over a one-year period. At Cisco Systems, I managed order fulfilment and manufacturing operations and built Tableau reporting for fulfilment reviews.
