What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote, async-first work and am open to relocating. I’m interested in business operations and organization development in environments where I can improve systems and coordinate cross-functional work.

At vU Consulting FZE, I worked with senior leadership to improve operating structures, workflows, and management processes. I co-built the company’s internal communication and organization system and coordinated its rollout with IT.

Earlier, I ran day-to-day operations for five private residences at Yellowstone Club and held operations and supervisory roles across hospitality and multi-unit retail. I’ve also supported the opening of six Patagonia Brewing Company locations and supervised and trained a team at Ocean View, Hotel Royal Haciendas.
