What I'm looking for

I’m seeking project and operations coordination work where I can turn unstructured processes into documented playbooks and coordinate production, suppliers, and delivery.

At Maria Lolgi, I coordinated production across six external workshops, tracking output, materials, deadlines, and costs for 6,000 garments per season. I also worked with suppliers in Peru and Asia, from placing orders with technical garment sheets to reviewing samples and raw materials.

When a production delay affected 40 clients, I communicated early, shipped at least half of each order from other lines, and completed the rest as production finished. I rebuilt the online store from scratch on an e-commerce platform in 2.5 weeks, and daily online sales grew from 1–2 to up to 20.

I turn unstructured processes into documented playbooks others can run, as I did when handing over to five hires with playbooks, Excel templates, and PDF manuals. I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Advanced Technology Project Management and am interested in project and operations coordination.
