I'm currently coordinating operations and commercial planning for Juárez Alday's Pilar branch across two locations. I oversee daily workflows, service consistency, operating expenses, and monthly revenue forecasts.

I lead multidisciplinary front-desk, cosmetology, and medical teams, using weekly KPI reviews to align everyone around commercial goals. I also work closely with marketing to execute commercial strategies and improve financial predictability through revenue and cost analysis.

Previously at Juárez Alday's Recoleta branch, I managed end-to-end patient care, treatment follow-up, consultative sales, and advanced aesthetic equipment within strict clinical protocols. At Mercado Libre, I resolved complex customer escalations and used satisfaction indicators to support service improvements.

I'm strengthening my people-first leadership approach through ongoing Psychology studies, bringing added perspective to communication, team dynamics, and patient experience.
