I’m a dedicated Chat Moderator with strong communication skills and hands-on experience managing online conversations end-to-end—answering inquiries quickly, enforcing community guidelines, and keeping interactions respectful. In my current role, I monitor chat rooms and online communities, remove inappropriate content, warn rule-violating users, and escalate serious issues to management. Earlier, I worked as a Customer Service Representative, assisting with account and service inquiries, handling complaints, maintaining accurate customer records, and achieving high customer satisfaction ratings.
