I’m looking to lead business-aligned learning, skills development, compliance, and talent pipeline initiatives that create measurable employee growth and workforce capability.

At South African National Blood Services, I lead skills development and continuous professional development initiatives, including the Learning Management System and application portal, interactive Articulate 360 courses, training policies, and skills audits.

I manage WSP/ATR submissions, SETA grants, QCTO and SETA accreditation, B-BBEE skills development compliance, and employment equity engagement. I also support CPD compliance for medical staff and maintain audit-ready training records.
