At MINT, I lead business analysis for Data & AI initiatives, translating business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria from discovery through solution validation.
I supported the launch of an AI agent solution by coordinating requirements and delivery activities with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and engineering teams. I also contributed to process automation and Knowledge Base improvements for enterprise users.
I support backlog refinement, prioritization discussions, roadmap planning, and release coordination, while product decisions remain with Product Management. I lead and mentor the Business Analyst team, strengthening requirements quality and knowledge sharing.
Earlier, I worked on iGaming platform enhancements at Slotegrator, supported an HR Management System at VOLO, and analyzed CRM and billing enhancements at U!com. I hold PSM I and SAFe 6 Product Owner / Product Manager certifications.
