I'm looking for full-time remote customer service work, supporting customers through email and chat. I'm open to flexible schedules based on customer and business requirements.

At Moniepoint Inc., I support customers through email and chat with account concerns, complaints, and transaction issues. I investigate failed, pending, delayed, reversed, and declined transactions, and explain the next steps clearly.

I use Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, Zoho Desk, and MonieDesk to manage customer cases and document resolutions. I escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams and follow up while working within service-level expectations.
