What I'm looking for

I seek a PA/administrative role where I can apply diary management, travel coordination, office administration and client-relations skills in a collaborative organisation that values reliability and growth.

I am an experienced administrative professional currently serving as a Personal Assistant to a Project Director at a higher education consortium, where I manage diary coordination, meeting agendas and minutes, and Teams-based collaboration. I ensure timely distribution of documents and maintain accurate records and meeting addendums.

I oversee front- and back-office operations, customer relations, staff supervision and basic HR and accounts administration, including processing invoices and liaising with financial officers for payments. I also coordinate travel and external partner meetings, keeping distribution lists and schedules current.

Previously, I supported an academic centre as an Office Administrator, preparing expense reports, maintaining databases, booking venues and travel, and assisting with course administration and student enquiries. My hospitality background includes reception, duty management, HR supervision and guest-relations roles, giving me strong customer-service and reservation experience.
