What I'm looking for
I am an experienced administrative professional currently serving as a Personal Assistant to a Project Director at a higher education consortium, where I manage diary coordination, meeting agendas and minutes, and Teams-based collaboration. I ensure timely distribution of documents and maintain accurate records and meeting addendums.
I oversee front- and back-office operations, customer relations, staff supervision and basic HR and accounts administration, including processing invoices and liaising with financial officers for payments.
