What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a dynamic role where I can deliver accurate transaction processing, strong customer support, and measurable quality. I want opportunities to keep improving through training and to grow from operations into technical work aligned with my Junior Software Developer path.

I’m an Advisor II in Transaction Processing at Concentrix Services India Private Limited, where I focus on processing customer transactions like payments, claims, and orders with strong data accuracy and compliance. I take ownership of investigating and resolving errors or discrepancies to keep systems and records reliable.

Before this, I worked as a Customer care executive and managed customer support operations. I oversaw service delivery processes, resolved customer complaints, planned training and standardization, and maintained a pleasant, high-performing environment for my team.

I bring hands-on desktop/help desk and development readiness through certifications such as Help Desk/Desktop Analyst (A+, Network+) and Software Certifications (Junior Software Developer).
