I seek a role where I can apply process improvement and training skills, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive measurable operational impact.

I am a motivated and adaptable customer service and operations professional with extensive Amazon Business CSA experience, a background in technical service management, and strong problem-solving skills. I led and co-built a Search and Rescue pilot team that identified root causes for stuck orders, produced SOPs, created training materials, and helped deliver measurable savings and operational improvements.
