At Riverside Freeway Driving School, I directed full-cycle HR operations, processed bi-weekly payroll, reconciled finances, managed end-of-month billing, and maintained personnel and financial records. At Mary S. Roberts PetAdoption Center, I oversaw accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budget tracking, employee relations, and nonprofit financial reporting support.

I've also launched a regional counseling office, coordinated facility readiness and intake workflows, and served as a liaison with probation offices and judicial stakeholders.
