Natasha Koneru
@natashakoneru
I turn healthcare data into operational impact and measurable cost savings.
What I'm looking for
I’m a healthcare strategy and operations professional trained through an MHA program, and I specialize in using analytics to drive real-world performance improvements. I’ve focused on translating complex service-line and utilization data into clear operational decisions.
In my Strategy and Operations Resident role, I built Power BI dashboards to track cost savings, productivity, HEDIS gaps, and outreach performance. I also designed analytics-driven workflows for CHW and compliance programs, supporting a projected 10–15% reduction in ED utilization and ~$1.2M in annual cost savings.
Alongside that work, I completed a Clinical Informatics and Analytics Resident experience where I analyzed VTE and service line data to support hospital quality and patient safety initiatives, including external reporting (USNWR, Leapfrog). I generated daily SAS reports identifying ED patients needing cardiology follow-up, strengthening care coordination and follow-up compliance.
I bring an execution mindset shaped by leadership and cross-functional collaboration—whether aligning population health and cost-reduction goals or supervising student operations to improve engagement and adherence to standards. I’m also proud of earning 2nd place in the USC Healthcare Case Competition, applying data to hospital expansion strategy across capacity, cost, and access.
