What I'm looking for

I am looking for HR roles where I can handle recruitment, payroll, and employee relations in a compliant, detail-oriented environment that supports learning and growth.

I am a Human Resources professional with a BS in Psychology from Cavite State University (2019–2023) and hands-on experience in HR operations. I focus on recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate employee records.

At Transorient Manpower Service (2023–2024) I worked as an HR Associate managing recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and payroll tasks. I prioritize compliance with labor laws and regional standards while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
