I am a Certified Human Resources Associate and Cum Laude Psychology graduate with internship experience in HR and administration. I bring practical skills in recruitment support, HR documentation, and employee onboarding that help teams run smoothly.

During my internship at a major development corporation, I assisted with site management, processed project contracts, coordinated billing with cooperatives and vendors, and supported sustainability and safety initiatives. I am proficient with HR and reporting tools including Procore, Sunfish, and AQRAte.

I have a strong foundation in HR policies, labor law basics, compensation and benefits (introductory), and psychological assessment and data handling. My academic record includes multiple Dean's List recognitions and an Academic Excellence Award.

I communicate effectively in English and Filipino, and I value problem solving, adaptability, and time management. I am eager to apply my HR knowledge to recruitment, employee relations, and compliance to support organizational success.
