I am an IT support and network engineer who adapts quickly, connects well with teams, and learns new skills efficiently. I combine hands-on technical troubleshooting with practical customer service to solve problems under pressure.

As a Control Room Manager I led a team responsible for safeguarding operations and handled incident resolution and customer complaints. As an IT Manager I maintained company software and hardware, managed installations and repairs, and supported end users to keep operations running.

In my current Tier 2 IT and Network Support role I monitor infrastructure, diagnose connectivity issues, manage user accounts and permissions, and ensure network security and backups. I bring leadership, hospitality-trained customer care, and a practical approach to systems support.
