What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support commercial operations, renewals, forecasting, and customer lifecycle execution in a remote role serving North American and LATAM markets. I value cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and work that protects and grows customer revenue.

I've managed end-to-end renewals for North America, LATAM, and global accounts at Alianza-Metaswitch, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and Deal Desk to close strategic agreements.

I prepare renewal quotes, pricing updates, contract amendments, pipeline forecasts, and monthly reporting. I also support software licensing updates, customer migrations, maintenance renewals, and multi-year expansions while maintaining strong Salesforce data quality.

Previously at Elsevier, I coordinated subscription renewal lifecycles, developed pricing and product-usage analysis, identified cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and supported agreements through final contract execution.

With more than 14 years of international experience across technology, publishing, business centers, and hospitality, I bring bilingual Spanish-English communication and proven remote support for North American and LATAM markets.
