I'm currently supporting network and infrastructure operations at Medisure Laboratories Pakistan, where I provide day-to-day technical assistance and maintain reliable business connectivity.
I configure and troubleshoot MikroTik routers, LAN/WAN/WLAN environments, VPNs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Grandstream network and communication systems. I also administer IP PBX, IP phones, wireless access points, CCTV/NVR infrastructure, and GDMS Cloud-managed devices.
Previously, I delivered hands-on IT support at Khan International Brands and Supernova Solutions, installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, operating systems, applications, peripherals, and network devices.
My foundation in desktop support at Imtiaz Super Market strengthened my focus on resolving hardware, software, printer, workstation, and connectivity issues while minimizing user downtime. I work independently, coordinate effectively with ISPs and vendors, and prioritize practical, user-focused technical support.
