I am an IT support and network engineer with hands-on experience designing and implementing network systems for 100–200 employees, managing servers, and supporting VoIP platforms. I have worked across broadcast, insurance and telephony environments resolving hardware and software issues.
I have installed and maintained Windows Server (2003/2008/2012), Active Directory, pfsense and Juniper firewalls, load balancers, IP phones and CCTV systems, and managed cloud telephony services including Vici, VT Dialer and FreePBX.
I focus on practical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and clear communication with stakeholders to ensure uptime and usability. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems and training in CCNA (Routing & Switching) and CCNA Security.
