What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced team where I can deliver reliable Tier 1/2 and network support—troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues, securing VPN/firewalls, monitoring performance, and improving user experience through clear documentation and user training.

I’m a Network Support Engineer providing enterprise-level network support for 6,000+ employees, focused on ensuring high availability of LAN/WAN infrastructure and minimizing downtime across multiple sites. I troubleshoot routing and switching, support physical connectivity issues, and keep systems stable through proactive monitoring and updates.

In my roles, I administer Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) and manage Office 365 tenant user provisioning and authentication. I also implement firewall rules and VPN access controls, perform incident management with root cause analysis (RCA), and document configurations and resolutions—while supporting users through Tier 1/2 helpdesk/service desk and onboarding/training.
