I’m a Technical Support Engineer working on Adobe applications, helping users and admins resolve complex Adobe application issues with a strong focus on service continuity. I’m especially effective in Adobe administration tasks like user management, Adobe sign provisioning, and SSO configuration in the Admin console.

In my current role at DIN Engineering Services (Vendor Adobe Systems), I troubleshoot Acrobat functions, escalate complex problems to L2, and support admin teams with deploying and updating Adobe packages via Intune and AUSST. I also manage Federation during SSO setup to ensure secure and reliable user access.

Previously, as a Senior Analyst at Exasoft Global (Contractor NTT Data), I supported complex PC issues, handled Active Directory user account and shared mailbox creation, and maintained VMs across Azure portal and Citrix portal. Earlier at DXC Technology, I worked on Windows OS and Linux troubleshooting to maintain SLA, built ServiceNow reports and dashboards, and resolved Salesforce user-access escalations.
