I’m seeking a remote IT support role with an international company, where I can handle hardware/software troubleshooting, Windows and printer setup, and provide responsive remote helpdesk support with strong customer communication.

I’m an English Honours graduate with hands-on experience in computer troubleshooting, printer support, Windows installation, and customer service through Seenu Infotech. I’m skilled in remote technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and clear client communication.

I troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues, install and configure Windows operating systems, and set up printers and device drivers. I also provide customer support for technical problems, assist with networking and internet concerns, and perform remote troubleshooting and system support—especially in independent, remote environments.
