At MyTVS, I handled approximately 150–200 customer interactions daily through voice and digital channels. I listened to concerns, investigated service-related issues, and explained appropriate next steps.

I managed customer requests and follow-ups, coordinated with internal teams, and escalated complex or unresolved complaints through appropriate channels. I also maintained accurate interaction records while following established procedures.

At Techplement, I gained practical exposure to AWS EC2, Ubuntu/Linux, Docker, Git, and GitHub through cloud-related learning and project activities. I followed technical documentation and documented steps and solutions while investigating basic technical issues.

For my Student Feedback and Rating System project, I developed a Python and Flask web application to collect, validate, store, and manage feedback records, with an emphasis on data accuracy and consistency.
