At Airbound, I’m the sole HR hire scaling the company from 50 to 150 people. I built its talent acquisition strategy and HR operations foundation from scratch across engineering, R&D, hardware, manufacturing, and blue-collar hiring.

I implemented Zoho as the HRIS and Ashby as the ATS, connecting candidate and employee data into a single source of truth. My automation work eliminated eight hours of manual HR work each week, while recruiting improvements cut time-to-hire by 50% and doubled quality of hire.

Previously, at Pilot Machinery Corporation and Obvious Design Ventures, I built teams, led sales and HR functions, and hired senior talent across design, strategy, delivery, sales, marketing, and shop-floor operations. I’ve also led performance and compensation cycles, employee listening research, engagement programmes, and employer-brand initiatives.

I bring qualitative research into people decisions, using employee insight, analytics, and practical systems to help leaders build stronger organisations.
