I’m a Site Reliability and Observability-focused Senior Software Engineer with 5 years of experience managing production monitoring, incident triaging, performance diagnostics, and automation in enterprise environments. I’m known for JVM performance tuning, full-stack observability, and proactive reliability engineering that turns messy signals into actionable insights.

In my current role, I own production observability across hundreds of hosts to ensure high availability and performance, leading deep Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and improving MTTR by enhancing alert quality and automating diagnostics data collection. I diagnose JVM memory and GC issues using heap dumps and yCrash, and I identify bottlenecks through metric trend and anomaly analysis.

I build observability and reliability systems end-to-end: administering Dynatrace Managed clusters, deploying OneAgents, designing monitoring strategies across metrics/logs/traces, and implementing distributed tracing for AWS Lambda using OpenTelemetry. I’m also developing predictive monitoring using historical telemetry to identify early OOM risks, and I automate operational and security workflows with Bash, Python, and n8n—so teams spend less time on manual effort and more time on resilience.
