At Entersekt, I lead monitoring strategy across product teams, using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, CloudWatch, and OpenSearch to observe logs, metrics, and infrastructure.

I designed alerting pipelines with SNS, Grafana Alerting, Alertmanager, Graylog, and CloudWatch, and established dashboards for application, infrastructure, and database health. These help teams cross-analyze logs and metrics for root cause detection.

At Modirum, I set up monitoring solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch, and implemented tools including Loki, Graylog, Promtail, and Nagios. I also configured alerts and log management, including CloudWatch Logs or the ELK Stack, and distributed tracing with AWS X-Ray.

Earlier, I established ELK log aggregation for Docker-based Kubernetes infrastructure at Ericsson and supported application and system issues. My experience also includes AWS services, scripting with Bash and Python, and a background in technical support.
