I built an AI-driven Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server + Slack Bot to enable self-service stakeholder queries, cutting resolution time from 30 minutes to under 60 seconds. I also designed an S3 Lifecycle Policy that reduced log storage by 88% and monthly cloud costs by 83%.

On the performance side, I eliminated an 8-second endpoint bottleneck down to under 1s by identifying N+1 query patterns through distributed traces and replacing sequential SQL commits with a single batch call. For reliability and visibility, I instrumented a critical backbone dependency with 3-layer Redis observability on Dynatrace, giving my team first-ever visibility.
