What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT support role where I can deliver excellent end-user support, learn from experienced engineers, use ticketing systems, and grow technical skills toward AI/ML in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

I am a BCA student specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with hands-on experience in IT support.

As an L1 helpdesk intern for a U.S.-based IT services company, I delivered level-1 support for system access, email, and connectivity while managing ticket queues and escalating complex issues. I also assisted with Active Directory tasks, password resets, and desktop troubleshooting.

I am proficient with Windows and macOS environments and regularly use Jira, ServiceNow, Remote Desktop, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace to resolve user incidents efficiently. My networking fundamentals include TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, and DNS, which help me diagnose connectivity problems quickly.

I bring strong communication, customer-care orientation and a solution-focused mindset, and I thrive in client-facing support roles. I am eager to contribute to an IT support team while continuing to build programming and AI/ML skills in Python, HTML, and SQL.
