I'm looking to build AI-powered products, automation workflows, and growth experiences where customer research, engineering, and measurable business outcomes shape the roadmap.

At Healthtracka, I scaled a WhatsApp AI customer-support agent from a 6% to 80% live success rate and built an internal customer-service operations platform with authentication, real-time dashboards, and WhatsApp handover notifications.

I've built and deployed Lola, a period-tracking conversational AI used by about 3,000 people across 200,000 messages, with multilingual, voice-note, image, and WhatsApp capabilities. I also used NLP and sentiment analysis on customer conversations to help reduce paid-ad costs by 20%.

My work spans product, engineering, and growth: I led SEO work that increased B2C lab walk-in revenue by 134%, helped deliver a campaign with more than 4 million views, and built AI projects including Shadow Intelligence and a movie recommendation web app.
