In my sales roles, I managed customer relationships, promoted products, and prepared sales reports while monitoring inventory. I supported business development through strong communication, CRM usage, and consistent follow-through to ensure excellent service.

In logistics operations, I coordinated transportation activities and maintained detailed records. I also worked to improve workflow through effective communication, helping teams stay organized and responsive.

Beyond operations, I’ve built practical strengths in virtual support and content creation—handling email and calendar management, using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel for data analysis, and producing graphics with Canva and Adobe Photoshop. I’m now seeking remote opportunities where I can apply operations support, customer support, data analysis, and email marketing to help teams move faster.
