I am a bilingual Health Information Technician and administrative professional with hands-on experience in health data management, document processing, and customer-facing roles. I bring accuracy, organization, and strong communication in both English and French to every task.

In clinical internships at UnityPoint Health and Mercy Medical Center, I scanned, indexed, and maintained patient records, supported Release of Information workflows, and assisted with ICD-10 coding while upholding HIPAA confidentiality. These roles strengthened my attention to detail and understanding of health information workflows.

At the United States Postal Service I process and sort high-volume mail, support retail operations, and assist supervisors with documentation and workflow coordination, demonstrating reliability and professionalism in fast-paced environments. I also mentor remote entrepreneurs in digital business, creating training and content using Canva, Streamyard, AI tools, and video editing software.

I am preparing for the RHIT certification and hold a Health Information Technology AAS. I am tech-savvy, committed to continuous improvement, and eager to contribute to organizations that value accuracy, confidentiality, and bilingual communication.
