What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service or sales role where I can handle customer conversations, build relationships, convert leads, resolve concerns, and exceed KPIs in a B2B or B2C environment.

I've spent five years turning phone, email, and social media conversations into customer support, sales opportunities, and positive client experiences across B2B and B2C settings.

At Veritasi Homes, I handled property inquiries, guided clients through documentation, inspections, payments, and handovers, and resolved service issues with sales, legal, and project delivery teams.

More recently, I promoted ICT products and training at Priceless Virtues ICT Centre through outbound outreach and lead follow-up. I also supported admissions at Berachah International School by building relationships with families and converting enrollment inquiries.
