I'm looking for a customer success, account management, or technical support role where I can improve onboarding, solve customer issues, strengthen retention, and collaborate with teams to enhance the product experience.

I've supported customers across ModSquad, Senri Nig Ltd, Alpha Intelligence Amazon, and Vixa Group, resolving issues across email, phone, live chat, and social channels.

At Senri Nig Ltd, I managed key accounts and end-to-end onboarding, delivered tailored platform walkthroughs and technical training, monitored backend usage, and shared account-health and support insights with managers. I also escalated software bugs, advocated for product improvements, and trained internal staff.

In remote e-commerce support at Alpha Intelligence Amazon, I handled refunds, replacement orders, order disputes, and A-to-Z Guarantee claims while maintaining CSAT above 95% and meeting SLA and first-contact-resolution targets.
