What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level customer support opportunity where I can assist customers, learn new support tools and procedures, and build on my experience with enquiries, follow-ups and complaints.

At ICLASS Global Logistics (Jumia Pickup Station), I assisted customers with parcel collection, payment enquiries and complaints. I followed up by phone and WhatsApp on pending collections and unresolved issues.

I maintained customer information and operational records, and assisted with parcel scanning, receiving and shipment verification using digital systems. I also escalated discrepancies and complaints to the appropriate personnel.

At Olaribs Venture, I processed customer transactions as a POS Attendant and handled routine payment enquiries. I’m willing to learn new customer support tools and procedures, and I’m developing foundational knowledge of AI tools and workflow automation through TS Academy.
