What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead inclusive, community-led programmes where I can align delivery to local needs, manage budgets and SLAs, and report measurable social value through strong partnerships—creating tangible outcomes for underrepresented residents.

I’m an experienced Social Impact and Programme Management professional with a strong background in community engagement, strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable social value. I lead high-impact programmes across the housing, education, and built environment sectors, focused on improving lives and reducing inequalities.

In my current role as Social & Economic Inclusion Lead, I drive community engagement and social impact initiatives across NHG Estates, manage the social value budget, and lead needs assessments to shape targeted, evidence-based programmes. I build and maintain partnerships with local authorities, employers, and community organisations, and use KPI reporting and impact reporting to demonstrate progress to internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Previously, as a Programme Manager, I managed flagship and pilot programmes for the CIPD Trust’s Steps Ahead Programme, including daily management of a CRM system and mentoring platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot & Push Far). I also planned employer-led workshops, managed budgets up to £75,000, and developed training materials and volunteer/mentor operations—supported by hands-on volunteering teaching and contributing to school construction in West Africa.
