At Brickify Ltd, I supported the development and scaling of a social enterprise producing recycled-plastic building materials for more sustainable and affordable housing. I coordinated project activities and contributed to work that reduced construction waste by 40%.
I also supported initiatives that reached 1,200+ beneficiaries across three Nigerian states. My work included building relationships with local authorities, community groups, contractors and sustainability stakeholders, as well as contributing to grant applications and partnership development.
Across community programmes at IBA Foundation, Youth Empowerment and Development Initiative, and Excel Charity Foundation, I coordinated outreach, programme activities and stakeholder engagement. I bring first-hand experience building a social enterprise and a practical understanding of the support and partnerships entrepreneurs need to develop and scale their ventures.
