What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, system administration, or administrative support role where I can troubleshoot issues, manage accurate records, learn new technologies, and help improve organizational efficiency.

At Ghana National Fire Service, I manage administrative operations, prepare official fire reports and SITREPs, and maintain personnel, logistics, and operational records in line with Service procedures.

I support fire safety campaigns, inspections, emergency-response coordination, and departmental programs while protecting confidentiality and improving document filing and retrieval.

As a FamilySearch Quick Name Reviewer volunteer, I validate historical records and resolve naming discrepancies with global indexing teams. I also verify place names across Ghana, Nigeria, and Cameroon to strengthen international archive accuracy.

Earlier, at Our Lady of Grace Senior High School, I trained users on library technology, built reports, spreadsheets, and databases, and streamlined shelving to reduce patron search time by 30%.
