I’m a results-driven restaurant Owner-Manager focused on delivering exceptional, consistent customer experiences. Since founding Hudson Smash & Brew, I’ve managed all daily operations and maintained a 5-star rating with 450+ positive reviews across Just Eat, Uber Eats, Google, and TripAdvisor.

I lead from the front by handling staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure service excellence every day. I also run the financial side of the business—budgeting, cash handling, supplier relationships, and cost control—while staying resilient through high-pressure shifts.

Before hospitality ownership, I built reliability and customer-first communication through transport roles as a Private Hire Driver and Airport Transfer Driver, using route planning and proactive traffic management to deliver on-time arrivals. I also gained high-volume operational experience as a Mail Sorter, and I bring a creative, IT-proficient mindset (including basic Japanese currently learning) to every challenge.
