At ORANGE BUSINESS, I facilitate work across business teams, partner applications, design authorities, and Agile Release Train teams for the EVP – Evolution Platform. I clarify requirements, prioritise deliverables, validate releases, and coordinate responses to Level 3 incidents.
For PVOT – Physical Virtual Ordering Tool, I gathered business needs and translated them into user stories and functional specifications. I coordinated delivery and production release communications, validated work with Postman, and provided user support.
On B2GaaS – Business Together as a Service, I coordinated partners and suppliers, managed acceptance and release planning, and supported Level 3 incidents. I also introduced Jira for team delivery and ticket management.
Earlier, I worked on e-commerce and web products using PHP and Magento, including contributing to Orange eShop at SOFRECOM and KROW at FLYER.MA. At THE KOOPLES, I led the migration from Magento 1 to Magento 2.
